I need to vent about stores that have child size shopping carts. Sure it's cute when you have one child and they follow you obediently through the store only touching what you tell them too, but when you have three little girls that all HAVE to have their own carts...it's even cuter, but chaos ensues. I can't control my girls on a good day, but give them a little cart and a store full of shiny packages with cartoon characters on them and watch out! I can't have my own cart, because I have too many little ones that don't fit real groceries to chase. I only need a few things but can't get them because I'm too busy trying to put back all of the yummy things the girls have been pilling up....Oh the humanity! A 10 minute trip turns into 45 and I still didn't get what I went there for.
We'll probably do it again next week, what a fun shopping trip! And how cute are they with their mini carts...love those things!

Claire's been learning her colors in preschool so every day they have a color of the day and dress in that color, this was orange day...I love dressing her up and getting her ready for school! It's so much fun...way more fun than dressing my boy!
You can kind of see on the bottom that she's wearing her pink cowgirl boots, those are her go to accessory and she wears them with everything!

It helps that she's so cute because she is my fiestiest child... screams, throws fits, hits, and teases the most...and the back talk, oh my goodness she has a strong personality, but I look at her all dolled up and adorable and I only think about how she's also one of my sweetest...kisses, loves, draws pictures for me and always tells me how pretty I am, so I'm a pretty lucky mom!

Time Out

After a week of canning...50 quarts of pears, 10 pints pear jam, 6 quarts salsa and 10 quarts tomato sauce I needed a Time Out. Luckily Deseret Book puts on an amazing one, the speakers were inspirational and the music was amazing! So much fun!

Here's Amber, me and mom with Mercy River. They have the most amazing harmonies and thier songs were beautiful!We had such a fun weekend! We stayed in a hotel and just relaxed and were uplifted by the messages shared with us...such a great way to recharge the batteries and take on life again!!!

We signed Dayton up for flag football and he loves it! It's the funniest thing I've ever seen, these little boys trying to run plays as I yell from the side lines (yes I'm that mom) for Dayton to stand up and run (he likes to sit and pick grass after he hikes the ball) hysterical!

I was inside while daddy was in charge, maybe 20 min. When I came out this is how I found my twins. You think they look nice you should see the garage...No kids in the garage daddy!!It took half a bottle of shampoo and an outside hose to clean them up, it's powder dye, so I wasn't about to put them in the tub.

It even came out of their clothes! amazing! I really thought I may have to thow them out. (the clothes not the kids!)

But they still love daddy, here's the gang waving goodbye as he heads to work. Notice how clean they are!

We went to Idaho for Art's dads funeral, but stayed for a long week end
We stayed at Uncle Bob's house, he's the best, my kids think his house is a vacation destination.

I like holding the festivities on saturday, it leaves sunday as a day of remembrance of our savior and the amazing gift of His Atonement and resurection. I so miss dad on these fun days, but I'm so thankful for the sacrifice and infinite gift that my Savior has given me to be a part of an eternal family I know I'll see my dad again and that knowledge makes all of the difference in the world

Flat Stanley came all the way from Oklahoma just to visit us, so we thought we better show him a good time. After Amber took him to the zoo and childrens museum, I thought he'd like to see the dinosaurs, he liked it.

Here's Claire with him again, the twins had a no touch rule, cuz I'm not convinced they wouldn't eat him, and I'm sure sending him back missing limbs would send the wrong message. Notice how homeless my girls look, I'm a slacker with doing 3 girls hair and this day was no exception, see us at church...it's always done for sunday.

It took awhile to talk this little t-rex down, Flat Stanley was a little shakin up but unscathed.

Okay notice my girls here, I'm constantly asked if they're triplets! Poor Claire she may be getting passed up soon!

A Witchy Day

Claire and I went on a date, she got one on one attention, and mom all to herself. So now everyday she says "mom let's go on a date" and "this is a picture of me and you on our date" She loved it!
We went to 'Breakfast with a witch' And here she is in the cute witch costume Grandma got her!
The excitement of the car ride. She thought it was too far! But she was in heaven once we got there Here she is with her cousin Max, he was iron man! I think this is the only picture she's smiling in. She won't smile for pictures, she's like her Grandpa Dayton that way. So cute! Mommy Claire date picture! Claire and Max She loved the witches, but once again no smile! Me and my gorgeous sister in law Ashley! My mom and Amber and her kids came too, it was so much fun! Here's our whole group! Bring on the witches! Their costumes were amazing! And they were so much fun! Claire loved this one's pet spider! She wants one now! She was done by now and reday to go, but we still had some shops to see! Such a cute cake!

Dayton's teacher had a class party 'Goofy Golf' night. Everyone made a mini golf hole and we had a picnic and golfing at the park So fun!

Dayton is 6!!! Kindergarten is almost over and he's getting so big!! This was his first ever friend party, and it was absolute craziness! We had 27 kids there and 3 pinatas! Luckily it was a boy party, so everyone is friends instantly and plays the whole time!

We do have an awesome back yard for this kind of thing now....so the kids never got bored of playing and I ended up not doing the games I had~ making my life easier!

On monday we went to Chuck E Cheese for family night, we haven't taken the kids yet, and Dayton and Claire loved it.

Sienna and Mia didn't like Chuck E Cheese at all! When I put them on a ride (a car that moves) they both screamed and hated it. They didn't want to watch the games. They were too small to climb up for the slide. They wanted to steal people's ski balls and walk up the ramp to put them in! Handfull!
So here they are at some empty table eating the parmesean cheese and salt.
And me not caring cuz at least they are in one spot and not screaming....I know mother of the year award right?! Mmmmmm....seasonings.

On wed the 10th they turned 2! I got all their birthday stuff done before my surgery. On tues Claire got stomache flu, I thought maybe it was from the food and rides on mon, but she threw up all day. Wed she was fine. So she and I went to the store and bought pre-made (that's right Martha Stewart, I caved this is the first child b-day I didn't make the cake, I give up!) cupcakes for the babies party (we got 60 cuz we have a big fam)

Then we dropped D off at school and all girls took naps. But picking D up Mia chucked in my car...the worst place! She continued to throw up several times at home, So I called off the party. Then Sienna started throwing up....2 babies with no sense of 'do it in the bucket' make a big mess! So the rest of their birthday was a pretty sad day. They'd throw up and lay down too tired to move :( We watched alot of Holly Hobby.

Thursday brought 2 healthy girls who finally wanted to play with their toys! And finally got one of their cupcakes, which I still have 40+ of!

Then Thursday after I picked D up from school he started throwing up! That was pretty much my week I did alot of laundy and went through a bottle of carpet cleaner! Birthdays are So much fun! This is one we'll remember!

Claire turned 3 on Thanksgiving this year. It was nice to have a distraction for the day. Claire was so into presents and cake. She's been talking about her birthday for days. And since all the holidays kind of suck this year without dad. It was nice to have her so excited and happy all day.She got a dress up trunk, with dresses and accessories. She had a different dress on everytime I saw her. This is her favorite activity, and she still does it all day.Here she is with Dayton and her cousins. She tried so hard and could only blow out one candle! She cracks me up!

I can't believe my baby is 3! It's so crazy! The twins loved her birthday and continue to try and steal all her new toys away. It's gotta be hard being almost the same age!

Dustin and Ashley Dayton!!!

Dustin and Ashley got married in the temple today. It was such a wonderful day, everything was beautiful. I cried alot for dad not being there, so did we all, but I know he was there. I'm so excited for these two! They are so happy and so perfect for each other

Dustin's life has certainly changed. He went from being a bachelor/med student at home, to a new city, residency, a wife and child! I'm so proud of him living his life to beable to marry in the temple!! Families are Forever and mine just grew!!!

It's been so interesting having twins. They love each other and yet beat the tar out of each other. They are both major hair pullers, toy stealers and hitters. Which means each one is also the victim. They started loving the doll strollers and shopping cart. And have found the joy of being pushed in said stroller. They look innocent enough, but here was our pattern. Sienna would push Mia noticing that she was heavy.

Then try and tip her out. When Mia finally would get out Sienna would run like crazy so Mia couldn't get back in with Mia following behind her screaming because she wanted back in.

And then the cycle starts over again. . . . . all day long! There's alot of screaming at our house!

Dad's Headstone

My dad's headstone finally got finished and was installed. It's so nice to have more than a tag to place flowers by and visit. It turned out perfect and we really like it.

My dad loved to go camping, so it has the mountains. But his favorite thing was the temple, he went to the Ogden temple weekly and never missed a week in the last 8 years. So it wouldn't be right without that.

I miss him so much, I'm so thankful for the gospel and the temple. My family IS forever!

Jimmi's Loss

I'm back again you guys with bad news. My friend Jimmi Noon's mom was involved in a car accident this afternoon, and died at the hospital. Some of his siblings were in the car as well, but all were released I think the worst was a broken shoulder. Jimmi lost his dad after Art and I were just married, so he is now the oldest and to say the least this was unexpected. There weren't any financial arrangements for something like this, so now Jimmi is left to put together a funeral without the finances to do so. Bishop Budge

I just learned thet Bishop Tom Budge died suddenly and unexpectedly, all of you who knew him will know what a heart breaking loss this is. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers. He was my Bishop growing up and I will miss him so much. He gave me comfort at my dad's funeral, and he was an amazing man.

Kindergarten

Dayton started kindergarten (I'm so old!!) on Aug 31. We live so close to his scholl that we ride our bikes.

We are quite the caravan, it's even better on the way home because I hook his bike up to my bike trailer and tow it to and from school. We get lots of comments as usual!

The twins aren't very fond of their helmets, there's usually alot of crying. Plus Mia is now a big hair puller. Poor Sienna.

Labor Day Trip

So over labor day we went camping. It was our only trip this year by ourselves, so it was pretty fun! Here's Dayton and Sienna playing in the river.

The hardest day of my life

Last night my dad had a massive heart attack and died instantly. This was so sudden and we're still in shock. He's the best dad ever and I love him so much. He will be greatly missed every second. He was only 61. My mom is a young widow and none of us know how we'll go on with out him. After being at the hospital until 1am and no sleep there after, we now have an entire funeral to get ready. It still doesn't feel real. Poor Dustin is away at his residency, but is flying home today. And my other brothers and sister will be following shortly. I'm so grateful for the Plan of Salvation. And that we are sealed together as a family. We appreciate your prayers and support.

So after an entire day of giving Sienna and Mia their binkis and blankies, putting them in their seperate cribs and individual high chairs, I took a really good look, and realized that I mixed them up! That's right after 16 months I still have trouble! Sienna was the one fussing all day, but since I dressed her in blue I mistook her for Mia. I was wondering why they were so fussy at nap time, They're in their cribs going, this isn't my crib or my blankie or my binkie what's up? I guess I'll have to start color coding them again!

We got some new toys to make our yard fun for the kids since I don't take them many places other than the park and stuff. I wanted our yard to be fun since that's where they're going to be the most.
This swing sets the best thing we ever bought. 4 swings so no one fights, I told Art I didn't want one unless it has 4 swings.

Birthday

May 18 was the big day, Dayton turned 5 and I turned 26. He'd been counting down the days and was so excited to open presents in the morning.

He asked for a telescope, so that's what he got, I'm not sure how hw knew what a telescope is (most likely curios george)

And this rockin outfit!

Well the telescope was crappy so that went back and he and Art are still researching a good one. to replace it. Sorry.

Dustin took me out on his new boat. I forgot how much I love boating and wakeboarding, I never go anymore. I was doing good (this is not me, I was too white to post my pics :) the on my secong go Dustin had his bags full, so the wake was bigger, but I didn't know and when I went off the wake it was huge and I crashed SO hard. I felt it for a few weeks.

Then we had cake and ice cream at my mom's (I have a hat on because we had just returned from boating)

It was a hard day for Claire with Dayton getting presents and cake and such, so I let her blow out my candles.

I can't believe he's 5!! My baby's getting so big and he starts kindergarten in the fall. Crazy!

My baby is getting so big! Dayton is training wheel free, and so proud to ride a 2 wheeler!

We've been enjoying having a yard with all of this nice weather (last year we had dirt!) SO we got $1 kites at walmart. . . . .

One is super heroes and the other is barbie, they're already broken just 1 week later!

I spent the day running after kites and trying to keep them in the air, D and Claire aren't so good at it! Go figure.

The girls have found new freedom outdoors. They love being outside. They eat grass, now that they dare crawl on it. (Sienna is in yellow and Mia in blue)

And even with our fun castle slide and hippo ball pit the babies prfer to crawl into the bark and try to eat it, I don't see the fun in that but whatever.

This is the time of year I appreciate Art's giant sandbox, I never understood the need for such a giant one, until the summer comes and my kids spend all of their time in it!

MRI Results

My MRI was good, no tumors or anything. So now I start going to a neurologist for more testing. Hopefully we can figure this thing out soon! Thanks for all the love and prayers!

So busy day trying to get dinner ready, house clean so that kids can be in bed at 7:30 when my mother-in-law comes to watch kids for the MRI. Everyone is napping (or so I think) And I hear the babies and go in to change diapers. Then I hear Claire and open her door without looking in to get back to babies. Then she comes in the babies room and I notice her hands are completely brown. So are her legs and clothes. I run her into the bathtub and go inspect her room, which she has fingerpainted with poop! Her walls, pictures, bed, dresser, EVERYTHING! So first I clean her up and let her play in the bath while I have to clean her room with bleach!! 45 minutes later it's clean, but still stinks!
Art made me promise not to post the pictures I took (that's right I took pictures and they trump Megan's puke car seat. They are BAD) But I'm sure you can imagine! Another normal day at the Bingham residence!

Prayers Please!

So you all are probably going to stop reading my blog because every other time I post it's doom and gloom. But I thought I'd mention this, I figure I can use all the extra prayers! I went to my eye dr. appointment today. It's my 3rd, they've been trying to figure out why I have double vision and headaches when my vision is perfect. Today was more testing, and doing so they discovered I'm also losing vision and having some visual deffects. My doctor has come to the conclusion that something in my brain is causing all of this and ordered an MRI to see if I have any brain tumors. They asked them to get me in quickly, so I go in on monday. Hopefully it will be nothing, or at least very treatable. But just keep my family in your prayers this weekend and I'll give you an update when I have one!!

Christmas Program

Yesterday was Dayton's preschool Christmas program. He was so excited.

He was the cutest wiseman ever!

Luckily I had 2 grandmas and Art to help with the girls!

Dayton sang at the top of his lungs so Santa would come!

Art and I went to the Jazz game with our friends Rocky and Stacie. We had great seats (thanks Nick) and no kids!! (thanks grandmas!)

Claire turned 2 on the 26th. I took her to her check up and she weighs 22 1/2 lbs and she's 33 1/2 in. tall. She's been begging for a bike, so she rode her present all day!
That night at her party we realized that she, Sienna and Mia all had fevers. None of them felt good and the next day was worse. The girls and I stayed home for Thanksgiving, but Art and Dayton went to his parent's house and had fun. (Luckily I had the Twilight series to keep me busy!) On Sat I took Mia to the Dr. because she was getting so bad. They did a swab of her throat and it came out bloody! She had really bad tonsillitis, pink eye and a viral infection. Now she's doing much better, but Sienna now has a bad cough and congestion and Dayton and Claire have pink eye. I can't wait to see what we all get next!!
Sienna and Mia went to their 9 month appointments awhile ago. Sienna weighs 15.11 lbs. and she's 27.5 in long. Mia is 15.o2 lbs and 28 in long. They stand up on anything they can and all over my house.
Hope everyone's doing good sorry about not keeping up with everyone!

Date Night

For Art's b-day I gave him tickets to the Carrie Underwood and Little Big Town concert (he had bought himself the 'lead sled', so this was kind of my present, but he got to go too!) SO last night we went. It was great, we were the 3rd row behind the cat walk stage, so we were was close! Thanks for baby sitting Wilma! (Sorry for the crappy pics, I forgot my camera so I had to use my cell)

Sorry guys, We had some crazy things happen, and then my computer went down. So I'll catch you up.

My kidney stones finally passed, after tons of pain meds and help from my mom and mother-in-law (thanks!) But the mono continues to hang on.

Then Mia was put in the hospital. They wanted to rehydrate her and run some tests to see what was causing her to be so sick. (She had a high fever that didn't respond to meds and diarrhea.) So she and I spent a night at the hospital.

They put heat pads on her hands and feet to open her veins for the IV, she just chewed on them.

I was very impressed with the nurse who got the IV on the first try, must be hard with such a little baby.
Grandma and Dayton brought Mia's blankie, she was a mess with out it. I took her to the doctor mon, they decided to see her again tues, and when she was not any better and had lost wieght they had me take her to the hospital, so I didn't have the all important blankie!
After a crappy hospital night with very little sleep (mostly because she kept getting tangled up in her IV hose), they drew her blood at 5 am.
Saturday was her first back to normal day, so hopefully everyone will stay healthy! Now if only I could kick this mono!

Sorry about the lack of posting guys. My excuse is I currently have mono, kidney stones and yesterday I had a 24 hour stomach flu. I'm on pain meds and anti nausea meds. I'm so loopy from all the meds I can't do kids very much so luckily I've been getting help. They'll decide on thurs if I need a CAT scan to check my spleen and liver so hopefully not. So if my lack of posting continues you know why!

Monday was Art's B-day, so we had some fam and friends over. As soon as people started coming Sienna started crawling all over the room, first time ever and she was gone! She decided that she's had enough of just rolling. SO now I'm constantly putting her back on the carpet, and moving things I don't want her in! And I can tell Mia will be any day now. The funny thing is when I'm feeding Mia Sienna crawls over and tries to get the food (screaming of course). So one more thing for me to keep up with!

Art turned 29! (he's so old!) He had a good birthday. He bought himself the 'lead sled' for his birthday, here's a pic of my dad riding it!
And for our friend's Rocky and Stacey's little Jayden's B-day we went bowling Claire liked the first 5 frames and then screamed the rest of the time, but Dayton loved it!
And with the cold weather this week end we were reminded of why we love having an unfinished basement!

Art took some pictures of Dayton and Claire outside, and Claire was posing for him, sitting exactly where he told her to, it was so funny. I wish she minded that good for me!
In this one he told her to fold her arms like a prayer, and she did and just sat there until he took the picture, what a good sport!
Dayton was working on burying himself in the sand box, I'd say he succeeded!

Sienna is getting over an ear infection, which was horrible for all of us! She and Mia are both trying to crawl. They get up on there hands and knees and rock back and forth until they start going backwards. I keep trying to stop them, the last thing I need is them crawling and getting into everything! But as you can see they don't care what I want, they're going to take off anyday!Here's Mia, they are getting harder and harder to tell apart, I've been considering putting an initial on the bottom of one of their feet with marker. I'm getting desperate. As long as they're together I can tell who is who, but when only one is up it can be tricky!!

Alive and Well

Cassi was wondering if we've fallen off the face of the earth. Sorry blogger buddies I keep meaning to post, so I wanted to play catch up for us.
We're great! The twins got their first tooth (So weird, they both got the same tooth in the same place on the same night!) Dayton's in preschool and we got a pet. Dayton named her Miley, she was dropped off at my mom's house and Dayton fell in love, so we brought her home. She follows him around every where and provides endless hours of entertainment for both he and Claire. Well worth it! (And yes it's licking Dayton's popcycle, I know bad mom, but really what's it going to do to him? It's only a stray from who knows where how many diseases can it possibly have, right?)

We went up to porcupine dam to see the fall leaves and the salmon (they're spawning, who knew) the kids loved it! And I've had some "off" time lately. I went over night to a women's conference with my mom and sister, and the following weekend I went overnight with my relief society on a 'retreat' Art had all 4 kids over night by himself both times, what a nice husband and good daddy!! Then to top it off yesterday he surprised me by coming home early to watch the kids while me and my friend Stacey went out for a girls night! (Art and Stacey's hubby -they work together-had been planning it for awhile) And we had SO much fun!! We shopped went to dinner had a fab dessert and shopped some more! I got home around midnight, and I loved it! Thanks Stace, I'm ready to go again!!And here is the first kid only pic of all my kids together, they're getting SO big!!

Too Quiet. . . . .

Tonight I had all 4 kids in bed. The house was quiet because everyone is sleeping. . . . . or not! Dayton appears in the hallway asking for my help. (He sleeps in our room on a crib mattress because Claire will not let him sleep in his room, so until we finish his room in the basement we've got him.) I told him to get back in bed, but he said he needed a shower. When I asked why he said "I've got so much hair all over" He had my attention! Come to find out while he was 'sleeping' he went into my bathroom, which he has been banned from since the 'soft toothpaste mountain' incident, and got out the hair scissors and I think you know where I'm going with this. He cut a few spots down to the scalp (bald) and the front is all crazy and crooked. He really went to town. At least he's a boy and nobody would think it weird if we shaved his head! These pictures don't do it justice, it really looks funny. At least he's still cute!!

We went camping for labor day, a yearly tradition with my fam. I almost didn't go because the twins were a little sick, and lets just face it taking 4 kids as young as mine camping is hard! But I'm glad I did because we had fun! Thanks in part to my dad who purchased a new rhino and 4 wheeler the day before the trip!Here's daddy's girls!

Bear Lake

We went to Bear Lake over the week end and of coarse I forgot my camera! SO while I have no pictures I wanted to post about our funny experiences.

So first, we camped in Logan canyon on thursday night, so friday morning we wake up to mooing and scratching. I looked at the window and there's like 12 cows around our trailer and one of them is scratching it's head on the trailer! (Our kids were so excited to see cows)

Then on friday night at Bear Lake I put the kids to bed and Claire was so tired she fell asleep on the linoleum, and when I moved her to her bed she of coarse woke up and screamed. SO I went outside to see if she'd go back to sleep, but she messed with the door locking me out! When Art went to get the keyes the trailer key had fallen off and Claire and Mia were SCREAMING inside. I tried yelling to Dayton, but he was dead asleep and didn't wake up (he's the only child old enough to know how to unlock the door). Luckily Art's cousin Rob got the screen open on one of the windows and his daughter Kylie was small enough to fit inside and open the door, drama!

Then after I got the kids all asleep I was sitting by the fire talking with our wonderful fam I never get to see, and Art said he'd check on the kids. An hour later I'm wondering if he fell asleep in the trailer or what. Just as I'm about to go find him a chainsaw starts up and he comes running out of the bushes with a paper plate on his face cut out like a hockey mask and wielding a chain saw. (never a dull moment!) Turns out he took so long because he took the chain off of the chain saw, thank you we need all of his limbs, in case he tripped or something. And then he had to walk way out of ear shot to get the saw warmed up! All of this for a joke, but I tell ya we were all laughing so hard. And it's Art's fam reunion we were at so they expect that kind of stuff from him too.

Good times, now of coarse Claire has been sick since we got back on Saturday, with a fever, cough and all of that, so it's been busy at my house! Happy 24th!

6 years!!!

Sunday was our 6 year anniversary. And to celebrate Art and I went to Salt Lake while his little sister babysat (she's the best!) We ate at Kyoto, a Japanese restaurant that Art's been wanting to take me to. He got sushi ( with eel crab and some sort of fish eggs), and I got fully cooked salmon (I'm not a raw fish kinda girl). It was so fun you take off your shoes and sit on these platform benches. And the food was yummy, they deep fry their veggies, I'm sure losing all nutritional value, but way good.
Then we went to Liberty park, and walked around the pond and went and saw the streams. It was such a beautiful night.
And as I'm sitting by the pond these ducks come out of the water in front of me, so I found some bread on the ground and tossed it to them, and one of them kept coming closer to me, and kept hissing at me. So when I was out of bread I got up to get away from it . . . . . .
and it chased me! I got in back of Art while he scarred it away, which took awhile because it hated me for some reason!

Then on sunday (the actual anniversary) we went to church, I had to teach relief society and Art had to teach the 16 year old Sunday school class and elders quorum, and he was sustained in his 3rd calling! Sunday School Presidency, I'm not sure why they don't think he's busy enough helping with kids, but oh well.

Then we went to my parents house that afternoon for dinner, Dayton turned the hose on too high and blew the top off of the sprinkler. So he, Claire and their cousins: Lauren, Hailey and Aubrey were playing in the geyser.
Dayton and Claire were the only ones without swim suits, but they were so cute running around in underwear!
Six years and four kids later I love Art even more than I did on July 13, 2002. He is my best friend, and our marriage has just been better every year! He's a great provider so that I can stay home, he's always watching the kids to get me out of the house, he still makes me laugh every day. We're a good team. I love you Art!!
Who knows what 6 more years will bring!!

4th of July

We had a good fourth of July. We went to the Riverdale parade and carnival, and to their fireworks that night. It's where Art lived, so we go there every year.

And then they both did the fishing pond, where Claire got a fish clapper and Dayton got a foam airplane
When we put the airplane together it flew surprisingly well, but it would come apart every flight, so Art decided to super glue it (even though I reminded him it was a 50 cent game and the plane may not fly with super glue) but he did it anyways and it melted the plane! Dayton still doesn't know. Don't you love kids memories, it makes life alot easier!
Unfortunately we did not get a picture of the twins in their red white and blue outfits. They were too cute!! Maybe on the 24th I'll remember.

Growing Pains!

I took Claire in for her check up and immunizations. She is 19 months and while she was in the 75% for height at 20.5 lbs she's in the 3% for weight! I swear she eats! She's just so tiny and has no fat on her at all!

The girls on the other hand have gotten so big they are too long to share a crib, so I had to kick Claire out of hers! Luckily I had my old twin bed so that she has a place to sleep!

And Dayton and Claire's room is really tight with two twin beds! There are just pathways around everything! Hopefully soon we will get some bunkbeds, but right now I'm really glad that we have the toy/play room above the garage! Dayton and Art went fishing with Grandpa Bingham on Saturday. They all had fun!
Art accidentally left his and Dayton's fishing poles out when loading the boat, so Grandpa was the only one with a pole! But since Art is very inventive he made Dayton a fishing pole with a stick and fishing line, and Dayton actually caught this fish! Pretty impressive!

Mack's Inn

We spent a week at Mack's Inn in Island park. I love it up there it's so peaceful, but with 4 kids hardly relaxing! But the upside to that is when we returned home I could do up a pair of pants that were not even zipping when I left!! We played in the river, rode in the boat, ate all kinds of great food, watched movies, and I spent a fun filled saturday afternoon in west Yellowstone with Summer (#1 shopping companion!) it was the only time I got away from the kids all week and was very needed. We ate and shopped and ate and laughed and ate some more!! It was so fun to spend time with Art and the kids were really pretty good.

This is Dayton and his cousin Porter, he loved having kids to play with all week.

It was so fun to get out and have some family time, which as I have explained to Art is not a vacation!! Just a change of scenery!

Four Months Old!

Well I took Sienna and Mia to their doctor appointment today, and they are getting so big! Sienna is 23 1/4 in. long and weighs 11.13 lbs. and Mia who is 23 in long weighs 11.07 lbs. Mia is rolling over, and Sienna can she just isn't too interested in that yet. They both smile and laugh all the time, and they're just good babies in general!

Happy Father's Day!

So this Father's day was so fun! My friend Andrea and I surprised our husbands (who are also friends). Art thought he was home to help take all 4 kids to the doctor for shots (ya right like I'm crazy enough to schedule them all at once!). Then when his mom showed up he wanted to go to work, luckily as I'm trying to convince him to stay home Tyson and Andrea showed up. Perfect timing! Art was a bit worried since he had stuff to get done at work that day, even though I told him to plan on staying home all day. But he had fun. We took them up to Park City and ate lunch at a little grill on Main Street, and then went to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory (which is like my Disneyland, we hit it twice :) Then we went to the Olympic Park (which was the real surprise). Art and Tyson rode the Quick Silver slide (which is like the Alpine slide except it's metal and on stilts). Then they rode on both zip lines (I also rode on the big one, so fun). We watched the practice on the ski jump (who knew they skied in the summer) and people in skiis doing tricks into the pool. And for the finale they rode on the bob sled! (they put wheels on it in the summer) Andrea and I did not participate in the bobsled run, because 1-she's prego and can't and 2-it's expensive. But I want to try it one day. They had SO much fun. They went 68 mph on it. Art said it was So intense, he said if it had been any longer he would've thrown up! It was a really fun day! And of course I came home completely fried, the only one to get burned but whatever! Oh and on the way home (or completely out of the way!) We went to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory again, and I got the apple pie caramel apple! Dipped in caramel then white chocolate and rolled in cinnamon and sugar, this the best candy apple I've ever tasted!! I want to make the drove for another just thinking about it! SO thanks Wilma for watching the kids all day, you're the best! And thanks Andrea for thinking of this it was the funnest day! And of course thanks Art for being the most wonderful husband and father ever!!

A Bingham Month

Our Average month:
We change 548 diapers in a month (360 for twins, 150 for Claire, and 30 for Dayton who still wears them at night). We feed the twins 280 bottles a month, going through 1 (36 0z. Sams Club size) can of similac a week. We go through 10 gallons of milk a month, 16 qts. of apple juice, 12 qts of orange juice all in a month. I do 28 loads of laundy on average a month, and make 84 meals and 56 snacks a month. We clean at least 168 messy faces and 336 sticky hands a month, and give 40 baths.

Those numbers amazed me! Art asked how many diapers I though we went through in a day and that's what sparked my curiosity in finding our monthly averages! Anyways I was so shocked I just thought I'd share them with you! Luckily I have an amazing husband that helps me with all of this because I definitely couldn't do it alone!
